  • Photos you upload, only to calculate your result (see "Photos and Face Data" below).
  • Device and advertising identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA or Google's Advertising ID), used by our advertising partners to show ads. On iOS, your IDFA is only used for tracking and personalized ads if you allow it when the App asks.
  • Log Data (see below).
  • Purchase information. Subscriptions are processed by Apple (or Google). We do not receive your payment card details, only confirmation of your subscription status.

Photos and Face Data

Users can upload photos that are processed server-side by an AI model that we operate. This feature is necessary for the proper functioning of the app. Because a photo of a face is personal information, we handle it as follows:

  • Your photo is used only to calculate your result. We do not store it: it is deleted from our servers as soon as your result is returned to the App.
  • Where the App analyses facial features, our software measures the geometry of the face in your photo (the positions of facial landmarks and the distances between them). These measurements exist only in memory while your result is calculated and are deleted together with the photo. They are never stored, never matched against any other image or person, and are not used to identify you.
  • We do not sell, lease, trade, or share your photos or face data.
  • Only upload photos of yourself, or of someone who has agreed to it.

Image Generation

Some features of the App generate AI-based images. For these features we may use Google's Vertex AI (Gemini) service, to which we send the inputs for that feature (such as text prompts and, where applicable, images) and from which we receive the generated image. We use Google's enterprise API, under which Google states that your data (prompts and responses) is not used to improve or train its products and services. Google processes this data as our service provider, in line with Google's Privacy Policy.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. Photos and face measurements are deleted as soon as your result is returned (see "Photos and Face Data"). Log Data is kept for up to 24 months. Other information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy or as required by law.

International Transfers

Your information may be processed on servers in countries other than your own, where data protection laws may differ. We protect it as described in this policy wherever it is processed.

Your Rights and Choices

  • Ad tracking: On iOS, you can allow or stop tracking at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
  • Your data: Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To make a request, contact us using the email below. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
  • California: We do not sell personal information for money. If you allow tracking, our advertising partners' use of your advertising identifier may count as "sharing" for targeted advertising under California law. You can opt out at any time using the tracking settings above.
  • Legal bases (EU/UK): We process your photo to provide the result you request, use advertising identifiers for personalized ads only with your consent, and process Log Data for our legitimate interest in keeping the App secure and working.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA and UK). In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
