We do not save your uploaded photos to our servers or any persistent storage, nor do we share these photos with any third parties, unless you explicitly use the "Share/Download" feature or you purchase a Pro Face Report. The photos are discarded from memory immediately after the processing is complete and the result is delivered to you, unless the "Share/Download" feature is used or a Pro Face Report is purchased (see Section 3).
Pro Face Report Purchases: If you purchase a Pro Face Report (at /pro-face-report), we collect the email address you enter, the photos you submit, and the gender you select. Payment is handled by Stripe, which collects your payment details directly. We never receive or store your card number. From Stripe we receive only confirmation of the payment, the checkout and payment identifiers, and the email address used.
Email List Subscription: If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter or email list, we will collect your email address.

3. Photo Handling Specifics

We want to be explicitly clear about how we handle photos uploaded for the attractiveness test:

Temporary Processing: Photos are uploaded to our servers and are processed in memory.
No Storage (Default): We do not save, store, or archive your original uploaded photos or any identifiable facial data derived from them on our servers or any other storage medium after the AI processing is complete and the result is delivered to you.
Exception for "Share/Download" Feature: If you voluntarily use the "Share/Download" feature, we save your result and photo on our secure servers to provide a private link. Anyone with that link can view the photo and result. By generating this link, you consent to the storage of your image for this purpose. These shared results and photos are stored for up to 30 days and then automatically deleted.
Exception for the Pro Face Report: If you purchase a Pro Face Report, the photos you submit are sent to our report service and used to generate your PDF report. The finished report contains those photos and is stored so you can reach it through the private link we give you (also in your payment receipt). Reports are deleted automatically after 30 days, and you can delete yours sooner from its status page. Anyone holding the link can open the report, so keep it private.
Deep Learning Model: Our attractiveness test analyses your photo with a deep learning model that we operate, which produces the score directly from the image.
Facial Measurements (Pro Face Report): To produce your report, our software also measures the geometry of the face in your photo: the positions of facial landmarks and the distances and proportions between them. These measurements exist only in memory while the report is produced, and are discarded afterwards. They are never stored, never combined into a template or database, never matched against any other image or person, and are not used to identify you.
No Sharing: We do not share your uploaded photos with any third parties (except via the link you generate and share so others can access it). For the Pro Face Report, your photos are additionally processed by the cloud infrastructure and AI providers we use to produce the report (including Google Cloud services), acting on our behalf and solely to generate your report.
Ethnicity Test: This is an entertainment feature, not a scientific or genetic test, and its results are frequently inaccurate. Photos are handled as described above, and no ethnicity estimate is stored or used to profile you.
Anonymized/Aggregated Data for Improvement: We may use anonymized or aggregated data derived from the processing of many images (e.g., statistical trends in feature usage, general demographic insights if collected separately and with consent) to improve our AI models and services. This data will not be personally identifiable and cannot be linked back to your original photo.
